Clair Robinson-Kirk


Clair is a student member of the NCPS and is in the final stages of her Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice. She has already completed her Certificate in Working with Children and Young People.

Clair is extremely passionate about positive mental wellbeing and as well as being a mother of three, she has previously been a trustee for a PND charity and was employed as a Welfare Officer for West Mercia Police.

She is currently an ‘Expert by Experience’ for the Gloucestershire Perinatal Mental Health Support, is also an Army Veteran with over 17 years of military Service, both here in the UK and abroad, and now works for a Veterans charity.

Her experiences surrounding depression, anxiety, life transitions, isolation, PTSD, PND have provided her a diverse skill set to support others, assisting people to healthily explore their concerns and worries.

Clair is a Pluralist therapist, using CBT, Person-Centred and Psychodynamic theories with her clients. The session can also be attended by her Dachshund therapy dog, ‘Cookie’ if found helpful.
