Paul Ingleheart

aul brings a wealth of life experience into his counselling work, having spent over 20 years in the RAF as a licensed aircraft engineer. During this time, he was part of a specialist medevac team, supporting the evacuation of injured soldiers from Afghanistan—an experience that shaped his understanding of resilience, trauma, and the importance of effective support.

Following his military career, Paul trained in counselling and has completed over 100 hours of client work, using a CBT-based approach to support individuals with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, OCD, self-harm, addiction, and suicidal thoughts.

Paul is particularly passionate about supporting ex-military personnel, veterans, and their families, and is currently volunteering with Stepway in Worcester. He is driven by a strong desire to give back and help others navigate mental health and wellbeing challenges with compassion and understanding.
