Hi, I'm Liz, a BACP-registered student currently in my second year, studying for an Integrative Counselling degree. My foundation is grounded in a person-centred approach, which is based on the belief that each individual possesses the inherent power and potential for self-growth and healing. As an Integrative Counsellor, I draw on various therapeutic modalities, including Gestalt and Psychodynamic approaches, to tailor the support I provide to each client’s unique needs.
Having faced personal challenges and navigated my own therapeutic journey, I have a deep understanding of the difficulties life can present. My own experience of therapy has been transformative, igniting a passion to help others find the same healing and growth.
As I continue to develop as a counsellor, I aspire to integrate equine therapy into my practice, recognising the unique ability of horses to support emotional healing and growth.
I offer a warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental presence, committed to creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust and safety. My aim is to provide a space where you can feel comfortable, supported, and free to explore any thoughts, emotions, or difficulties you may be facing.
