SJ's former career was in the corporate tech world and she is currently studying a CPCAB L4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and a MSc in Mental Health and Wellbeing Psychology. 

SJ's L4 diploma trains an integrative counselling approach, combining different modalities to support clients and her main focus is bereavement and grief, loss, workplace stressors and the challenges that midlife and older life present.
